The Uttar Pradesh government has stepped up preparations to make the much-awaited Global Investors Summit a grand success.
The venue for the event “Vrindavan Yojana” is being prepared in a way to provide all services to the guests and delegates, according to an official release.
The venue of UPGIS-23 has been divided into seven blocks. The first block will host the opening ceremony. In this block, seating arrangements have been made for about 10,000 people. PM Modi will inaugurate the event and will address industrialists.
The venue also has VIP lounges, as well as the lounges for partner countries (the Netherlands, Denmark, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Italy and Mauritius), industry partners (CII, FICCI), and knowledge partners (R&Y).
A food court is also being set up. Adjacent to this, another block is underway, in which four hangars are being built.
Different sessions of different departments of the state will be held simultaneously in these hangars from morning till night, in which domestic as well as investors from abroad will participate. Seating Arrangements are being made for about 250 people in each hangar.
According to the blueprint of the Uttar Pradesh Global Investor Summit-2023 (UPGIS-23) programme, a media center is being built in the third block. With this, the office of Invest UP has been set up in the block.
Besides, a police control room has been set up from where senior officers of the Police department will strictly monitor every activity through CCTV and give necessary directions to their subordinates from time to time. The fourth block is being established for the pre-function, where various cultural activities will take place.
The fifth block is being prepared for the drone show. Along with this, an audience gallery is also being built, where thousands of people will be able to enjoy the drone show. The sixth block is being prepared for Business-to-business (B2B) meetings.
Along with this, fire, safety and medical zones are being set up so that any emergency situation can be dealt with immediately. The seventh and the last block is being prepared for the exhibition, which will have a total of 11 halls.
